Because something isn’t working, maybe your mind won’t switch off.
Maybe anxiety sits in your chest like a constant background noise.
Maybe relationships keep repeating the same painful patterns.
Or perhaps you’ve spent years trying to fit into spaces that were never designed for you.
Whatever brought you here, something in you knows it’s time to look deeper.
Not just manage symptoms.
But understand what’s really going on.

Hi, I’m Ricardo.
I work with people whose inner worlds are intense, complex, and often misunderstood.
People who:
-
think deeply
-
feel intensely
-
and often feel like outsiders in their own lives.

-
Your mind loops with intrusive thoughts, anxiety, or compulsions.
-
Trauma still lives in your body through flashbacks, shutdown, or relationship patterns.
-
You're neurodivergent (ADHD, autistic, or wired differently) and exhausted from trying to appear “normal.”
-
Your sexuality, desires, or relationships don’t follow conventional scripts.
-
You're LGBTQ+ and tired of having to explain your life to therapists who don’t understand it.
-
You’re creative, unconventional, or intense—and most spaces feel like they were built for someone else.
If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
And you don’t have to navigate it on your own.

The first thing I can only say, it's been magical. In my mind, that's the only way I can describe it right now. to have found someone like Ricardo, that helped me explore and create a safe space for me to talk openly and find things about myself that were actually way further back. I'm not too sure if I can find the words, I came to him with one thing, and yet actually hidden behind all these other, behind that door.

"I feel very comfortable in the therapeutic space you create. I feel supported, heard, seen, and accompanied. I feel a connection I haven’t experienced before with any other therapist, and that’s very valuable to me. I like it when you share things from your private life when relevant because it makes me feel understood and helps me put things into perspective. I enjoy the visualization exercises because they help me connect, as well as the exercises between sessions." G.

I have appreciated your balance of understanding and empathy with challenging me at times. I sometimes find your more direct questions easier to answer and reflect on. They can be more focusing, as without some direction I can end up rambling a bit.

"I've seen Ricardo a few times now. He lets me go at my own pace, and doesn't judge me, for anything. He's helped me to see things from a different perspective and ask myself questions I wouldn't usually ask, I would strongly recommend him". K.H.
